Uh but uh, you know, the skeletons came creeping out of the closet when I went to start training again.

That was

that was the hardest part.

The the actual physical recovery, I was symptom free after a week.

You know, I've I don't take many knocks in boxing.

Yeah.

I haven't taken many knocks.

Um so I I feel like uh health is on my side in that regard.

Uh and uh but yeah it was totally c uh coming getting back to training and you know when I say the skeletons in the closet they come out and they go, Oh, you really want to do this again.

And it's like boxing's hard enough as it is.

It's a hard, hard sport, like the training and the discipline and uh, you know

I I mentioned I'm not a violent person, so every time I step in the ring and I spar with anyone, anyone, it's a it's a violent physical confrontation.

And uh I don't think people uh really appreciate that.

Uh I was sp talking to Jackson England, one of my teammates yesterday, I was saying, you know, for you it seems easy.

You'll just get in and uh spar twelve rounds five days a week.

Uh whereas, you know, I sparred my first twelve rounder uh a couple of weeks ago.

And, you know, the the adrenaline dump that you get after after sparring is like it's heavy.

Like I might not

have got hit much but I just feel sick and like down and um
