So for me, uh when I train, I'm training with the intent of becoming a better person.
So just doing scary things every day and
Fighting is scary.
Fighting.
Fighting is scary, you know.
It's uh it's all the the the adrenaline and the anxiety and
But I I t I tell you what, it's uh it's also the most uh accomplished you'll ever feel in life is like you step you you you get your hand raised at the end of the fight and uh you're victorious and you know how only you know how hard you've worked for that for that win.
And um it's it's a high like like no other.
You can't get that anywhere else.
Yeah.
And it it and it comes with the baggage of everything that you've over.
Yeah.
That's where a lot of the the the mental fortitude comes into play because uh
you don't actually know how tired they are.
You think you know you or they have a really good poker face.
So um being being cool, calm and collected is so important in a sport like boxing because if you're starting to throw show physical signs of uh eg exhaustion or uh you know you might uh
you might be like dropping your hands a bit lower.
It's like, Oh, I see you now, I see you.
And like there are so many subtleties in the sport like boxing where uh the the layman won't see it, you know, your average Joe won't see what's going on.
But a lot of the time you can feel the shift.
