They are not able to replicate any of these racial realignment findings.
So number one, I would be a little bit skeptical of the degree to which this is being claimed.
The other element to this is just like a technical element, and not to get too in the weeds, but we all are familiar with the margin of error on the polls at the top line.
It's often three or four points.
Because of how these crosstabs are created, which are what if we look at men and women?
What if we look at men and women broken down by race and then by education?
Every time you add another layer, the margin of error goes up.
The math is sort of beyond me, but I've spoken to some stats people who attempted to explain it to me.
And so I also think that the effect is, number one, not nearly as large as some are claiming and significantly subject to a growing margin of error.
The more we want to slice and dice it.
I'd be shocked if these are the numbers we get in November.

It would be mere speculation.
I'm actually not sure.
I think first we have to disaggregate how much of this is erroneous or not completely precise polling data.
But I want to hear from Jenk on this.
He at least tries.
I try not to be hyperbolic with my audience and say, listen, there's no question that Trump wants to do these things to the extent that he understands them, to the extent that someone told him, the Heritage Foundation or whoever said, hey, here's something you should do.
I believe he's going to try.
I am cautiously optimistic that he would not succeed at doing all of these things.
