I think we've also just got to be investing far more in social housing.

I think the Housing Australia Future Fund is a $10 billion fund.

It disperses $500 million a year.

$10 billion sounds like a lot, but $500 million a year isn't actually that much in the scheme of things.

And when you see the kind of money that we spend on a whole range of other things, I think there's the opportunity to, you know, talking to people in the sector, potentially even quadruple it.

I mean, I think there's obviously challenges there.

We're also seeing a drop-off in approvals in different parts of the country, so I think there's an opportunity to really ramp that up.

I think one of the other big challenges that we're probably not talking enough about when it comes to the challenges of building workforce is data centres.

and how much of the workforce they're starting to pull away, given how many data centers we're starting to build.

I saw a stat the other day that I think like 50% of our building effort is now going to data centers.

So it's not insignificant.

And again, I think we've got to be talking about immigration and population, not in a way that –

you know, scapegoats people, demonises people, is racist, but just saying, hey, okay, well, how do we actually look at immigration population through the lens of infrastructure, of what houses do we need, what hospitals do we need, all these, it's just rational planning, you know, and I think we've kind of been missing on that one.

Comes back to the 10-year plan.

Sure.

There's plenty of people who'd want to be involved.

Oh, for sure.

And I did and did terribly.

It must be one of the only... Impossible, impossible.
