So, you know, you get to a stage where the company's growing, but the people who got you there aren't going to be able to get you the rest of the way.

As a first-time CEO, that's very difficult.

I'm kind of resistant to it.

I've trusted these people a lot.

I think they have potential.

And it's just a disaster.

It's just a disaster.

And so, and not Trevor.

There are obviously folks at scale.

But, you know, but that, and then, you know, around that time, we did, we had an HR consultant come in and do a thing on our culture, on our company culture.

And I took everything anybody said so painfully.

And then you realize, like, maybe I was a little over-sensitive.

Like, you know, like a little oversensitive to some of this stuff, right?

And like, you know, you would read this, oh my God, but then you go talk to the person, the person's like, fine.

You're like, oh, I really had a different voice of you saying it, right?

And then there's other stages where I think as CEO, one of the hardest part is that your job changes every couple of months and there's anybody who tells you how the job's changing and that it's changed.

And so you constantly have to acquire new skills that you don't,

didn't even think about.

I mean, I become more of an expert on, I mean, on contracts.

There's tons of things that you just don't think that you would be spending your time on, but actually becomes quite similar.
