Because I think a board member and advisor are two different types of people you want.
Because a board member, it's very important that person collaborates.
in a way that works with you because you're going to have to make joint calls together and decisions.
An advisor doesn't have to, because an advisor, you don't have to take any of their advice.
So I found I can have advisors that have very strong points of view that I would not want to argue with, but actually great because then you would hear it.
And then I can decide if I want to take, I want to take your advice, but those people tend to get me to think, think bigger because they have such a crazy point of view on things.
I think there will be three types of jobs.
Number one is the generalist.
This person now has to be good at a bunch of different things, has to be good at seeing the whole board before.
It's not just like, hey, I'm good at brand marketing and performance marketing.
No, no.
You're good at marketing and finance.
It's like that level of like kind of breath.
And you've got to have exposure to lots of things.
So I think that's going to be one profession almost or skills that we're going to see.
It's the return of the generalist.
I think it's going to happen.
The second, I think you'll see, are entry-level people who execute well, who are going to be pretty cheap, but are good at executing and are using AI.
And the third group is world-class people who specialize in a thing, or specialists, world-class specialists.
So who does this eradicate?
