It allows me to build a world that I can control because I didn't have control when I was younger.
It allows me to take care of family members and other people to help.
And it's like, it's my thing.
It's the only, it's more important if you were asking, it's like more important than anything in my life.
And I realized that that's a lie.
Like if you ask what's the most important thing in my life right now, it is my relationships.
It's building and maintaining and deepening the relationships I have with people that are very high quality that I love with everything.
And now right underneath that.
my work's like bumping up against it but this is still my number one priority and i think also you'll see for people like you you're super driven just like i am you for you forego some professional success if you want like a deep romantic relationship and i would say that's what like makes life worth living you should do that you should make the irrational choice how do you square that circle with the single-mindedness that most great people have
I don't think you can.
I think like there's an ebb and flow.
Like if you look at a snapshot of like my own life, right, where undoubtedly I think I would be even more, I would be more successful if you didn't take out the huge chunks of time to build these relationships, both romantic and friendship wise.
But that's not the kind of life I want to live.
Now I've met people like that.
I know some of these people have been on my show.
You get around them and you literally like, where's all your friends, dude?
That's not important to them.
That's not what they're going for.
They're playing a different game.
What I'm saying is like, that's not for me.
