And I understand that we're taught that.
So it's very easy to operate your life feeling like a victim, especially around childhood things.
But when you turn and claim ownership of all of it, you then claim the power to transmute that negative experience to something that serves your expansion, all of it.
No matter what it is, it can all be changed.
And of course, there's always a you know long line of people that want to do the what about XYZ.
But at this point in my in my coaching.
I have worked with people whose children have been murdered.
I have worked with people who have been abducted and tortured and raped.
I have been I've worked with people who were molested as children.
And they all found paths to detuning those things.
And the reason I throw out those very disturbing and extreme examples is because I sort of put place them on a pedestal.
If they can detune that, we can all detune anything.
just have to choose whether we want to do it or not.
much easier.
Indeed.
Yeah, I used to uh one of the first tools that I created when I started uh really moving into teaching this to other people is I created this tool.
I used to play this game, this little voice would pop into my head and it loved to play the let's beat up David game.
emotionally, right?
You know, you're not good enough.
That's not gonna work.
