You'll never be successful.
You know, that little voice that nags at us and just just tears us down from our ego.
So
I learned
This technique from the stream.
to
take that part of my ego and create this sort of external being that is no longer me and give it an identity.
and learn to mute that voice as a separate identity just to stop that runaway train effect.
So I named my voice Claude.
And Claude did not have any meaning for me.
It was just a name that I you know, I always apologize to the Clauds of the World.
Sorry, I just didn't think it was a great sounding name.
So Claude was not a person in my life.
Claude was just an identity.
I gave that little voice and I separated it for myself.
And back when that voice was so active in my 30s, gosh, you know, I was 300 pounds.
I was addicted to Oxycotton.
I was in this terrible relationship and I was working at a job where I made a lot of money, but
I wasn't happy.
