Life was not good.
If you read the book, you probably read all about that.
So
Claude was very active in my 30s.
And I used that tool to shut that voice down.
And then I got to where I didn't hear from Claude at all anymore.
And now I've gotten to the place where I've made such peace with Claude that it's just a laugh if that ever comes back around when I'm down the spiral.
It's it's like Claude is part of me again, but I had to separate it for a while to shut it down so that it didn't have its way with me, if you will.
and you know it's funny that I love that shadow term now because again, this is one of those things that this is coming from the stream and it's it's information that's dropping into my mind.
And I think I invent this stuff and then you get out and
Realized, okay, other people are teaching this already.
And I thought, you know, I had somebody that went through my boot camp and she kept referring to shadow work.
I love this shadow work.
It's so great.
I'm like, what's shadow work?
And I was already teaching it to her, calling it something else.
It's all the same thing.
I love how we all get the same thing from source, but we we interpret it our own way based on just what we know.
And I had not been a student, as you read in my book, I was not a student of spirituality, not much at all.
then I got into Abraham because I was guided toward Abraham really to become comfortable channeling.
