It's it's we we uh I I uh I'll tell you a little story.
I used to live in San Francisco and I was in my late 40s when I moved to San Francisco and I moved into this big high-rise building right downtown.
And San Francisco is a very expensive place to live.
And
This building was just full of 20 somethings, all these tech employed 20 somethings that were all, you know, making several hundred thousand dollars a year if they weren't already millionaires from their you know IPO that they were involved in.
And so I was an old man in that building by far.
And they were all, I just noticed that gosh, none of them leave the building to go to work.
They were all sitting out on their MacBooks, you know, in their pajamas and their sweats.
Um
uh, you know, with their startup doing this sort of thing.
And at that time I was still working in corporate.
I'm in a suit, you know, leaving the building every day to go do my, you know, grown-up stuff.
And there was a little resentment in the beginning.
And then I realized, well, gosh, what what am I resenting here?
You know, these millennials seem to really get it.
They're free, they're very international, they can live anywhere.
None of them are tying themselves to a company.
They're not putting a suit on and driving off to a job they hate.
