And this knowing was very clear about the universal process of creation.
A lot of people now call that law of attraction, but I think law of attraction is just sort of a component of that.
And
A lot of just this meaning of life really deep.
philosophical understanding of why we come to physical, what expansion is all about, why we suffer and how that actually serves us.
And I was seeing the world through that lens and seeing it very differently than society teaches us to think.
So it took me many, many years of trying to figure it out to finally come to terms with the fact that it's just source.
that we're all source, we're all expressions of source.
We filter that information differently based on our experiences, but it really is source.
That that is what lies beyond physical, is that eternal consciousness that knows no time or boundaries.
It's just source.
I think we we use that expansive energy however we choose to use it.
And certainly we we we talk in in the Taya practice that I teach, we talk about being up the spiral, source connected, high vibration.
Uh and when when we talk about that, and you're in that high vibrational state of appreciating all that is and loving all that is, you can't help but want to inspire.
inspire and and help others.
It's just a natural state of being up there, I believe.

The the idea of suffering
We are taught to fear it and we are taught to demonize it, yet we all experience it in some way, and certainly some more than others.
Thinking that we're we're heading towards some sort of a you know perfection where there's no suffering in physical.
