Really you you're not seeing the value that can come in negative experiences.
And what I came to understand is that
We're all eternal beings.
We're all here having a very temporary physical experience.
And nothing that can happen to us in physical.
ends what we are eternally.
This is just an experience.
So if you start thinking about well, life is just an experience.
And if you remove the judgment from what life's supposed to be.
then you really do do away with suffering.
It's just a concept that we've learned to demonize and to to fear and all that sort of thing.
And then when you start just looking at your your sum of life experiences as just that, just experiences.
Then there is no suffering.
It's it's always it's always there, but I I do notice and I talk about the spiral a lot.
You know, we we spiral up, we're in positive, we spiral down, we're in negative.
And I think everybody us, you know, can agree with that or identify with that.
So the higher I am vibrationally.
The more I get.
And to go into channeling and and I naturally go into channeling, but when I'm doing it for an audience or for a person, I'll be a little more formal about it.
I'll get very quiet.
