I do it almost every day.
I love it.
But sometimes when you're really down there, sitting and trying to quiet your mind is impossible because that runaway train of negative thought just takes over because you're down there.
So you can develop a toolkit to detune your reaction to that down the spiral stuff.
And when you make it a practice, and this is what we're all about with what I teach, when you make it a practice to start meeting that level wherever you are, just an appreciation of it.
Not judging it.
I shouldn't be down here.
I know I'm miscreating down here.
I'm down here creating obstacles.
I'm a spiritual person.
I should be meditating.
All that stuff is pointless.
It's simply appreciating the fact that this is the universal process of creation.
It's natural to go down my spiral.
And I'm down here trusting the process, even though it sucks.
I don't like being down here, but I'm trusting the process.
As soon as you find a little bit of a
appreciation for that space, you feel relief.
And then we teach you how to build your way out of that really with that situation and relieve yourself of that DTS feeling and move up your spiral.
And you can do it from any space and move up bit by bit by bit, not trying to jump up to the top of the spiral.
