That's very important.
When you try to go up to joy and complete source connection,
from down the spiral, you end up failing because you judge where you're at.
So it's detuning the judgment.
Learning to not judge the experience that you're having and appreciate it and understand that that's part of the process of creation.
And if you think about the fact that everything, all creation really, but just think about humanity's creations.
our homes, our our internet, our electricity, our vehicles, you know, all of these things that we've created.
All of these things are solutions to what we once perceived as a problem or a deficiency.
So our deficiencies, our problems, our obstacles are really there to serve our expansion.
They inspire us to create something new.
But when we're down there experiencing the obstacle, it seems hopeless.
But think of how many times you've had something cross your path that felt hopeless in the moment.
And then the next day, it wasn't so bad.
That wasn't so bad.
Why did I freak out so much about that?
Why did that take me so far down?
Why was that so triggering for me?
You can teach yourself not to be triggered.
You can detune all of them.
And when you do, then you're able to find appreciation.
