Because what you're doing is saying they're a big company, but if I'm a startup and I'm just trying to figure things out and create my own company, I'm gonna be prototyping all sorts of machines, using all sorts of materials, bumping up against all sorts of actual physical roadblocks of the science I'm trying to bring forward.
And I might trigger different stuff.
And also, you're going to create an exemption for a billion billion dollar company, but you won't create exemptions for a small business or an individual starting up.
And then I said extrapolate that to the prop making world.
