Seafood processors say it's a double whammy, not only to higher fuel prices cut into the fishermen's pockets, they also hit harder for truckers who transport the fish where it needs to go.

In fact, they both studied in the same science program in Portugal from 1995 to 2000.
Now, Loureiro went on to an illustrious career at MIT.
He specialized in research about fusion energy.
