So I'm boiling it down because the book is quite, is quite hefty.
And so I think holding that is pretty difficult for a senior team driving real business pressure.
And so I'll just say that our CEO is also a Harvard grad.
And so she went to, I think it was a woman's seminar sometime back and she
I think later that evening sent me a note and she just was like, oh my gosh, I just saw Amy.
And I would love to see how we can work through her work on the right kind of wrong.
And so I took that as my cue to, you know, do a degree of diligence and like really look out there to see, you know, who truly are the people that can bring this forward.
And that's really certified like in her works.
And so,
We worked with a company specifically called Thought Design.
And Thought Design was brought in to really support us in operationalizing the right kind of wrong at the exec level.
And so what supported us or what stood out was the simple degree of taxonomy and us getting more uncomfortable with embracing the concept of failure.
Yeah.
So just I think we've always had like some degree of affinity with her.
But it also supported us in being able to discern sort of like preventable versus like intelligent failures and intelligent failures.
Again, back to the whole concept of psychological safety.
That's what it's all about.
Experimentation and folks just continuing to ideate and flex a muscle that I think sometimes is often stifled.
