So, yeah, so I think let's just look at, gosh, we'll just take the test and learn of AI, right?

So like the test and learn of AI.

And when you look at that from an enterprise perspective, I think a lot of organizations are testing and learning whatever LLM we're going to bring at the enterprise level, right?

And so it's like, let's test and learn, let's test and learn.

Yet at the same time, you're also creating a pool, like in your environment.

And so you test and learn, you sign up for a pilot, but we're testing it, we're trying it.

And then we find out, well, heck, right?

This is just not, we've been testing and learning, testing and learning, right?

You know, we had our small pilot group and this just is not what we need, like at an organizational level.

So that is an intelligent failure, right?

And so like, rather than it being something that you had all the information for, you had all the data for, right?

You had all the knowledge for, you had all the feedback, you had all the perspective for, and you're going to do it anyway, right?

And so that is like, I guess, the delineation between intelligent and preventable failures.

What I'll say is we have been looking at AI from like a three-pronged approach, right?

So we already have systems.

Let's just take my partner, Coltrim, for example, right?

So I think it's also growing curious with your vendors and understanding what degrees of AI do your tools provide us and how do we activate them and continue to train our population, right?

That's one.
