You know, it's funny what shows up when you actually are curious about what's going on in the body and how the mind or how you perceive what it is.

So I just took my time kind of sitting in it.

And before I knew it, my hands started moving and like I started moving.

And then it was almost like I was pushing it up and out.

And as soon as I got to this one point, it was like the floodgates opened and I just cried like this really intense, almost primal cry.

And it felt like it came from the depths of my being.

And yeah,

Then after I felt fine.

And I was like, what the, what was that?

And I actually had to journal because I was like, I don't know what just happened then.

But I think I just worked with my, I think I was just doing something with my energy.

And then I spoke to my shamanic healer and she had always told me every time I went in and saw her, because I would do like big journeys with her, like six plus hours.

And she would always say to me, like, you have gifts, like you are very powerful.

You're very powerful.

She's, you know, you've been here, you've done this a million times.

You've been doing this for years.

And I just never quite understood that.

I was like, what do you mean?

I'm broken.

How could you possibly mean that?
