But what a fun ride that we actually want to start exploring.
And it's so fun.
Like the women that are coming into my world now, they're interested.
They're like, I want to know about my energy.
Isn't it so funny that we've been ourselves for this many years, like 30 something years, but we're like, actually, I kind of want to get to know myself.
Yeah.
I think one of the easiest ways that I came to terms with having more compassion for myself is kind of like looking at myself as three different people.
So it's like there's the little girl me and then there's like the current me and then there's like future me, like highest self me.
And there's so many things that I could look back at and be like, oh God.
But then I also am like
Well, I love her.
Like, I look at my younger version as if she is my child, as if she is my daughter, Mila.
And, like, how could I possibly hate her for things that she didn't know any better?
Like, she was just learning.
So...
There was actually another thing that I always prescribe this to my clients, but there's a beautiful prayer, the Hapa Pono Pono prayer.
Yes.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And that prayer was like my mantra.
