And I always tell my clients, I'm like, yes, absolutely.
Journal, do all the things, process, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
But when something feels good, even if it's like seeing a rainbow on your drive home,
Embody that.
Sit in that feeling in your chest.
Sit in that feeling in your stomach.
And that's also when I'm talking about like the processes where I'm like on the floor singing, dancing or whatever.
Yes, there might be like things that are popping up that feel quite like heavy.
But if things are feeling good, like sometimes it's gasmic and you just have so much beautiful like energy, like life force.
That's it.
Yeah.
running through you on a cellular level that sometimes it can feel unbearable.
But it's like, how much can you sit in this?
Because the more you can get used to these beautiful feelings and the more you can get used to processing the unfavorable feelings and emotions, the better your quality of life and how big and how fully expressed you get to be in this life.
It's just, yeah.
Yeah.
It's uncomfortable to feel sadness, all of it.
Yeah.
Most of us are so used to feeling the other side of things that when it actually comes to receiving and feeling the pleasure and feeling like rushing out of it.
Yeah.
