And then after I felt fine.

And I was like, what the?

What was that?

And I actually had to journal because I was like, I don't know what just happened then.

But I think I just worked with my, I think I was just doing something with my energy.

And then I spoke to my shamanic healer and she had always told me every time I went in and saw her, because I would do like big journeys with her, like six plus hours.

And she would always say to me, like, you have gifts, like you are very powerful.

You're very powerful.

She's, you know, you've been here, you've done this a million times.

You've been doing this for years.

And I just never quite understood that.

I was like, what do you mean?

I'm broken.

How could you possibly mean that?

And then, yeah, from there, she wasn't surprised at all.

And

From there, I just started wanting to learn more about energy.

So enrolling myself in like Reiki courses and just listening to more podcasts and reading more books and just so many different like Abraham Hicks and like all those sorts of different things, starting to find my way.

Like I've always been quite spiritual, but this was like another level.

It's energetics.
