I've only just started getting a bit provocative with my somatic stuff because no one has really seized the extent of what my rituals are at home and how I move through my emotion because it's like it's a lot.
And I think the more permission you give yourself to be able to sit and to move and to cry and be messy like swamp in your grief and your anger or whatever it is,
the easier it is for you to be able to move through it.
And when these things come up, yes, we're always going to be triggered.
We're always going to have this pop up or anger or sadness or grief or guilt or shame pop up, but it's okay, cool.
Let's move through it.
And then we can move out of it.
It moves through you.
