And it was so funny because at the beginning I was like, I think I was just moving to, it was like Billie Eilish ocean eyes because I knew I had something that was like something that was just bubbling.

And I didn't feel like working out.

I didn't feel like going for a walk.

Like usually you'd go exercise or something, but I'm like, I don't even really feel like doing somatic stuff, but I know that I probably should.

And it just started honestly me like on the ground moving.

And then it started like maybe moving my arms a little bit more and my head a little bit more and my hips a little bit more.

And then before I know it, I'm starting to yawn, which is like a really beautiful process.

So, you know, when people start

actively moving their energy.

You can start to do things like yawn or maybe tears will start coming down or burping is really normal as well.

But I was like, oh, okay.

And then I started feeling good, like some nice pleasurable feelings were coming through.

And I was like, that's great.

Before I knew it, it was actually one of my favorite songs.

It's like a Tash Sultana song.

And I was like, oh, I love this song.

Absolute mess.
