You know, there was a survey from travel management company Sap Concur that found that 89% of business travelers have had to take unexpected steps recently because of difficulty booking flights and hotels for business travel and for, you know, dealing with unexpected delays and cancellations. voice-verified

And there were just some great examples in there of business travelers who are having to drive to their destination, you know, like hours to get to a conference. voice-verified

So they're, you know, they travel a lot more than vacationers, and they're being hit with this stuff on a regular basis. voice-verified

I mean, even Secretary Buttigieg, a couple weeks ago, his flight was canceled out of DC and ended up driving to New York. voice-verified

In fact, Transportation Secretary Buttigieg just earlier this month basically was scolding the airlines and saying, look, if things don't get better, we're going to start taking some enforcement action. voice-verified

And this week, Senator Bernie Sanders proposed heavy fines against airlines. voice-verified

in cases where they cancel a flight because they were not able to staff it. voice-verified

I mean, that's not currently in the rules, obviously. voice-verified

So that's gaining a lot of headlines. voice-verified

So there's definitely pressure because there's so much frustration and so many people are traveling right now. voice-verified
