I think when writing recipes, I was quite nervous to write the recipes because I'm not a trained chef, but I've cooked all my life.

And so as I was writing them down, I was like, what if a trained chef reads this book and tries this recipe and it's awful?

So I'd be testing them over and over again and go, well, I think it's delicious, so just go for it.

And it's a real mix of some stuff I cooked on MasterChef because I knew that that was successful.

So I put lots of that stuff in.

And then, yeah, just stuff that I thought was delicious.

But it's not a cookbook.

It's just, it's highlighted with recipes.

It was honestly one of the best experiences of my life.

I was so in my element and so happy.

And it's really hard work.

It's not, they don't, you watch a show like that and you think, oh, there's loads of training going on.

They're being told what to cook.

It's just not the case.

You get your brief and you have to come up with it.
