Oh my God.

Practice loads at home.

And then you get, then you send the, you have to write the recipe like it's in a recipe book with everything, including the, you know, every wooden spoon that you need.

So it's all there for you on the day.

And then you go into the studio and they say, that's there, that's there, like a checklist, you know?

Yep.

And then the next time you're in, they say, let's cook and that's it.

And the time is not fake.

It's real.

You know, when it's over, it's over.

So high pressured, if you care like I did, which I cared so much about it, but it was, I just loved the energy of it.

I loved being allowed to be completely obsessed with food.

And there was a pie round and I can't have made the pie less than 20 times.

I just could not stop making this pie to the point where the school called one day.

I just built this pie and I was like, this is the one, this is beautiful.

The pastry was perfect.

And I put it in the oven, the school calls and said, your kid's fallen over and banged his head on a bench.

And I'm like, how bad is it though?

Is he that bad?

He said, well, we're monitoring him for a minute.
