It like takes family meetings to a whole nother level because most

Kids hate being called for a family meeting because it's, again, just when they're in trouble.

But we use something called huddles.

And we do a lot here.

We talk about the team approach where it is all about the family team and creating an ecosystem where everyone can thrive.

And so at this stage, you're starting to have collaborative conversations because you've built safety.

You've built the relationship.

You've built the understanding.

And so now you can start brainstorming together.

You can start skill building together.

You can start problem solving together.
