But my point is is that like you were saying, Bo is when we look at results versus time and effort, the good thing about commercial real estate is is that there is plenty of plenty of room for time and effort, folks.
There is.

So it's like when we talk about property managers or we can even look, look, like there's certain companies where you can go and be a deal maker and you've got a a base and you know your commission's adjusted, right?
But it's like if you're looking for a blend of security and deal making, that's their Yeah, that exists.
So I
I think traditionally though, back to it is that commercial real estate's been a a results focused industry.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And I just think that as time evolves and, you know, technology and just everything we're doing in society now is that, you know, we're there's a need for both.
Yeah.
And some, you know, honestly for like what what we see out there is that model starting to shift more towards the time and the effort because more and more folks want to feel more secure.
Sure.
So to further what Bo said and I think that that's a really good answer and the reason why is is 'cause we talk about value and providing value.
So to keep it simple when, you know, a young person, no relationship
They want to get involved.
One would be you need to start educating yourself.
