And it is something where we talk about career.

And then when you look at the power of commercial real estate.

It becomes a family thing.

And then now you've really just honed in, like, okay, we are a commercial real estate focused family.

All of a sudden you're building your portfolio, you're building your brokerage, you have all these assets, and now you know you're you're creating investor funds, like you're doing a lot more.

So really having that that solid foundation to then build from, get into commercial real estate, have that success and really just make it a a family thing, right?
