And when we look at okay, how do we help the bottom?

It's not for lack of opportunity, it's not a lack of resources, it's not a lack of that, it's a mindset issue.

Yeah.

And I know that because that's where I come from.

And when we look at how do we help everybody, you have to look at everybody above them.

Because in our culture it's like, oh, you're running.

Why are you running?

Because you were running, right?

So it's like you have to make it look cool.

So what we do is we focus on everybody at the top.

So we pull on the we give the top the opportunity.

That pulls on the middle, that pulls on the bottom.

And now you've actually created cultural change, generational change.

It's more than a cause, it's a movement.

Right.

And then you can really leverage that to empower everybody.

So at the Black Foundation, we focus on providing those opportunities at the top.

And also we still do partner and, you know, provide grants, scholarships, our time to uh local nonprofits that support.
