And the other good thing too is look like we're we're we built everything as a two way street.
So as an example, all our networking events and any events that we do, it's got the philanthropic component.
But at the same time we structure it so everybody can still get together and make money.
Because at the end of the day, gotta make money if we wanna keep the lights on, people and profits.
And then furthermore, as we get into that.
We look at the the education side.
So as an example, you know, like let's pretend Bo wants to get involved and he comes out and talks to some college kids or some adults, he can go try to recruit 'em.
Like that that's that's a great pool.
Cause one, you've already got somebody that's motivated and driven.
Two, you're a C C IM, so you've got a direct line for them.
And then three, now you've got somebody that checks your boxes and then you get free access to good candidates.
So that's another example of us being a two way street.
Yeah.
So it's just saying like, Hey, you know, we're very grateful that you want to get involved and donate your time or really believe in us, et cetera.
And then of course, what's in it for me besides goodwill?
Well, shoot, you're in front of ten college kids right here that are interested in commercial real estate and they're in your backyard.
Do you talk about CCI when you're talking to these kids?
Love that.
Yeah.
