And you know, what that can look like, it's as simple as offering a a free chapter student membership or, you know, going in and providing a QA panel or workshop, et cetera.

And then we can go as far as dual enrollment credits.

Right.

Finding a way to as these these kids are in college and then they're going to be transitioning out into the real world, how do they have that essentially, you know, that that rope to get to the front or how do they have that exposure right in order to make that happen.

So, you know, your university alliance is definitely definitely a big one.

Yeah.

I think the w the thing I see overarching in C C I M in general is

Reaching the right crowds that understand it and believe in it too.

And I just think that that just shows like you just said though, Timmy, is every person that's come on here that's a CSAM has talked about the benefits.

Right.

And really how it has been and I'll say it for myself, is it's been life changing like night and day.

You know, if you look at

besides just the notoriety, but the education, the technology, the networking, really all that, all that packaged together.

They're always innovating.

They spend a lot of money on their proprietary education.

Like there's just a lot.

And sure I sound like a poster child, but like it's been very beneficial from not only for myself, but for my family.

And it's really led me to where I am now with the Black Foundation.

And you know, incorporating C C I into our education and really leaning into that network and you know, as as far as goes to to go back to the affordable housing piece, but you know, we're actively looking for deals right now to partner on people.
