But we just go step by step and we try to flex our muscles and getting better at this technology.
And eventually we do.
And in the process of both solving problems it creates and solving problems with it, probably there's more of the latter than the former.
In the process of doing that,
We actually develop way more intuition about these weightier sort of questions of the long term.
I think the beautiful part about, you know, my perspective on this is that, like...
if we actually do what I've described as this middle path, well, we'll be solving problems that we have anyway.
And so I don't need to be right about the profound changes of 50 years from now.
I bet I am, but I don't need to be because it's good to solve problems, right?
And so that's how when you...
If you ever do, and I really don't... Only if you really wish.
But if you want to go look at the AI action plan, read it in that light.
Read it as... That is the idea behind it, in my view.
Is like, well, look, there's all this stuff we can do.
And we can debate about superintelligence and what that means and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
I would kind of agree, by the way, that like...
there's not going to be some version.
There's not going to be some future version of like, quote unquote, using AI that makes your life feel radically different.
Like in and of itself, what will make it feel radically different is when everyone around you is using it and every organization has thoroughly adopted it.
And like when organized, when the structure and capabilities of organizations change and people's lives change, that's when things will be different.
