Well, I'd also like to say it had bipartisan opposition as well, because of the 12 folks who voted against it, there were Republicans and there were also Democrats.
And we plan to take the fight onto the Assembly.
We plan to vigorously educate all the members of the Assembly, starting with whatever committee it's assigned to first, and we plan to slog it out all the way through.
And I think in the end, we will be victorious on that, because

the facts on our side.
And once you sit down with a legislator and their staff, the education aspect of it, they do understand just how detrimental this legislation would be if it passed.

Now, I said 2305 was the worst bill that we had seen before.
Well, 1458...
It is not to use an overused phrase, but it wasn't on steroids.
As one of my colleagues here said, 1458 is this bill on meth.
It was a bill that is just way outside beyond the pale of what would be as far as franchise relationship.
It covered almost every bad piece of legislation that's out there as far as franchise relationship legislation is.
And it took it to such an extreme, and I can just hit some of the lowlights, if you will, of this legislation.
Once again, it had you must treat every franchisee equally or identically.
