Because when my Whoop scores were at their best, I was probably at my least happy.

I think that it's more just doing a holistic inventory of your life, taking a very honest look at yourself and saying, am I happy?

What are the roadblocks that I feel are standing in my way from being happy?

And then just chisel away at those based on what's causing them.
