And so a good friend of mine is Prince Harry.

Him and I were on a JTAC course back in 2007.

And we'd done a lot together in the philanthropic space, especially around veterans and actually wildlife.

I had an intelligence fusion cell based in Mozambique and Tanzania.

And it would identify the smuggling routes of ivory from Africa to Asia.

So every three months, I would go to the palace and sit down with him

And we disseminate this information to save the rhino and tusk.

And so that was all behind the scenes.

And so I rang him up and said, look, I'm going to cycle this road.

Is there any nonprofits or charities, your causes you're working on at the moment?

And him and his brother and Kate, so Prince William and Kate Middleton, were just about to launch a mental health campaign called Heads Together.

which was a collaboration of 11 nonprofits, everything from postnatal depression, young children, teenagers, adults, and veterans.

So I had seen firsthand mental health within the veteran community, but I wasn't aware how big it affected everyone in society.

You know, mental health doesn't discriminate.

It doesn't matter how successful you are or how wealthy you are, wherever you come from.
