And I said, what worked, what didn't work, and what would you do differently?

And they all started in Alaska and finished in Argentina.

But all their issues were in South and Central America, be it bureaucracy, spares for the bikes and things like that.

So for me, just because they went from North to South didn't mean that was the right decision.

So I turned the plan on its head.

I started from the South.

and went northwards.

You know, everyone's like, well, joking, you know, you're cycling uphill.

You know what I mean?

And so, one of the things I was proudest of, just because they went that way didn't mean it was the right

way.

I know the information I had in front of me dictated, well, if I get all these issues out the way early, then when I get into America, we should be on the home run.

So from a cycling perspective, it was a great decision.

I had a hell wind all the way through Peru.

I took 10 days off the South America World Record.

From a logistics perspective, it wasn't a good plan.
