He is a good guy and definitely has a wonderful personality, very warm person, but very direct as well.
And, you know, going back to your discussion of strategies, you know, that's one of the first things when you and I started talking probably three years ago about social media, and I know you mention this all the time, is you have to have your goals, what are your expectations, what are your strategies before you jump in and you listen and you learn and then you implement.
And I do want to touch on that as soon as I open up Fran Camp on Saturday because you do have to understand what it is you're getting involved in and then set your own expectations for yourself or your brand before you can expect anyone to follow you, whether it's your franchisees or your employees or your peers.
And having a strategy, we use what we call the toolkit.
I will share with everybody some of the things that we put together in the toolkits.
What are your policies?
What are your procedures?
And any franchisor or any leader has to have those in place first.
And then it's the next step, which you listen and you learn and then you engage and then you just get involved with it.
And Jack uses Twitter a lot.
He's got a wonderful company, Engage One to One, that they help folks with their different strategies and monitoring and measuring what they're doing with social media.
uh, social media.
So he, he definitely will be a, a great, uh, speaker.
And he's going to moderate a table for us during the round table sessions on, um, Google Plus.
He and I will, uh, dig a little deeper and talk about Google Plus.
