one of the franchise systems where I live next door to Quick Copy Printing.
So I will never say the print's out of date because print is still needed.
But you have to be out in that social space because most people are looking for their businesses, whether they want to find a dry cleaner or a pizza place or find someone where to take my child for daycare.
Where do they go today?
They don't go for that Yellow Pages phone book anymore.
They're hitting their smartphones and they're hitting Google and they're web surfing
And they want to see that, and they want to see those reviews.
And if a franchisor is not out there, they don't know what's being said about themselves.
You know, we all want good reviews, but unfortunately sometimes there's going to be a review out there that's not very pleasant.
How do you address that?
That's something, too, that Ashley and myself and others are going to talk about is what do you do?
And that's a big fear of franchisors.
We don't want to get involved because, you know,
We might do it wrong or something might be said in a negative light about us.
Well, you better.
And you might do something wrong and you might make a mistake, but know what to do with that if you accidentally post something that shouldn't have been done.
One of my favorite fans on social media is Ramon de Leon with Domino's.
And if we remember the Domino's story from years ago, that was really bad press.
They had an employee in the back room spitting in the pizza saying,
