Yes, we are a technology education franchise, and the franchisees totally understand technology.

But when we started implementing and throwing out the ideas about social media, they –

we're not as receptive as you might think.

I mean, that's a whole learning curve for so many.

And you and I and BJ were just talking about how many franchisees and how many franchisors still have not embraced it.

But business today involves social media.

So it's been a learning curve.

We started, I would say, almost three years ago.

And little pieces, we had to develop certain policies and procedures and

marketing toolkits, education toolkits for the franchisees, and constant training because it's ever-evolving.

I mean, there's always something new coming out in technology as well as in social media.

Sure.

And I won't take full credit for that toolkit.

It came about with the assistance of many, including the support team here, Lori Windham and everyone else.

But we really got the direction from Armin Dietrich, from Jenny Dietrich, who I think we all agree is a social...

technology guru.

When we were starting to embrace social technology and learning on our own, I did need some guidance and some assistance.

So with Armand Dietrich's help, we sat down and really did an assessment of, well, what's available?
