and put some strategies together um about how IFA should be connecting and engaging.
one of the first things you may have seen is that the smart brief newsletter that that's distributed by I I F A
has um you know the share button.
We we want those articles that IFA sends to the IFA members and shares with us.
We want to be able to
share that with others.
So, you know, you have the share buttons where you can tweet it or put it on Facebook or LinkedIn or Dig or Delicious, which is great.
Um, I'm very excited over the last year and the and really the last several months to see someone like Matt Shea and Dina Dwyer Owens uh part of IFA.
digging into it.
You know, it's they they believe that they have to get as involved, not as you know as an organization, but as individuals.
So they too are leading ISA in the involvement with social media.
The technology committee I think did
superb job of putting together those speakers that we had and the panel discussions that we had on social media and franchising and lead generation and someone like Scott Kazowski who was there, I I really look at him as a futurist.
Um
So together the the committees um working with IFA made it a really, really strong conference this year and I I just get excited thinking about next year in Vegas.
and that's open communication keeps things moving and exactly what, you know, IFA or or myself as a leader of uh computer scores, you need to have that open communication and you know, have that open door policy because there are gonna be things that, you know, IFA or myself as part of the task force i isn't aware of and you know
it that's why um it's such a great organization to be part of because i it is a sharing uh organization and and a learning experience for everybody.
Um
They have to be they have to be engaged themselves.
Um I I'm one that will say don't hire a ghostwriter or somebody else to do this for you.
