You have to as a as a a leader, um you you have to understand what it is you're asking your system to do.
One of the first things and I always encourage somebody to do is uh just
You pick up a few books, read Trust Agents by Chris Brogan and Julian Smith.
I mean one of the things that they are recommending and promoting in their book is trust.
We all know that when you go to a chamber meeting or a network meeting, that's ex people will relate to you if they trust you.
same thing with social media, you know, there's there's no question, you know, that the internet
Um, is changing the way we do business today.
So why not embrace it and take advantage of it and build on those networks that we we do face to face and we do once a year at annual convention.
Why not?
um fully engage and utilize that and take it to the next level.
Uh we all love attending those.
I love the opportunity to connect personally and I don't want social media to
take that personal connection away.
I I still think that you should still attend uh
you know, local business uh convention meetings or, you know, whatever your industry um i is involved with, you need to do that on a personal level, face to face, but you need to continue that connection and engagement on a um a w a web based level, you know, on digitally.
And um
Uh, I think if executives believe in it
fully.
wholly understanding it, then it might be time to pass it on and delegate
