We can do webinars.
You know, webinars are great education uh online resource for the franchisees.
we can uh we've implemented e newsletters as a way of cutting down paper costs.
Uh you know, we all need to go green.
as a education franchise and we're teaching children every day, we always give them
um a a sheet of paper that says, This is what you did in class today.
We keep the parents informed of what's going on.
That's important.
But there's no reason why it has to be in paper.
And believe me, I'm I'm I'm part of a franchise brand that is a printing company.
So I'm not saying that we need to do away with paper and printing, but we need to evaluate our cost and cost savings
Especially with the economy, the way it's been the last couple of years, has to be one of my priorities with the franchisees.
You know, how can I help them save money?
as well as give them that benefit of social media and connection and learning um and and engaging and communicating with their prospects and their current customers to keep them informed.
Uh we have a call center at our um campus and they'll make appointments for the franchisees.
hard to get appointments.
Uh you know, sometimes decision makers are hesitant to make that appointment.
But nine out of ten times that decision maker will give us the email.
They'll give it through email and they'll say, Communicate with me digitally.
