I saw your class offered in a Austin Y M C A and started looking at it and I found you on Facebook and I'm happy to be a fan.

we're connecting.

We're building that relationship.

I may never talk to Tracy Miller again, but at least she knows there's a human side behind that Facebook page um and build that connection.

Now when we did communicate, I asked her if she'd visited Kim Austin who's in Austin and offers classes.

Tracy said, Oh, not yet.

But I think she's now one of our customers.

So it's it it's the domino kind of effect that it has that's very sincere.

I I wanna connect with those people.

They wanna connect with everybody.

We've provided toolkits to our franchisees before, whether it's on marketing strategies or PR.

So it was just natural for us to put together a social media toolkit, which I think now is like sixty pages long.
