Well I can certainly understand that if they miss a call with us or they don't go on that appointment, they've got some challenges at home that they have to deal with.
And whether, you know, it's sick children or death in the family or car breaking down.
Social media's let us do that um and connect with them uh in a very human side to understand what their challenges are in the business.
I mean it's easy for myself or a support person to say, your sales quotas need to be X amount of dollars this year.
But we can also look at it and say, Well, you know
Maybe you didn't meet that quota this year because I understand all the other circumstances that you have going on in your life and we might have to make a small allowance for it.
Um, it's also let us um
recognize the franchisees who are suc succeeding and doing really well and share those practices with the rest of the system.
Um, you know, there's only so many emails you can send out or phone calls you can make, but if you just populate it on our Facebook page or YouTube video, um
Everybody gets the message and you're hitting
hundreds of people versus one or two on a phone call.
Uh yeah, franchisees with franchisees, franchisees with other staff members, franchisees with prospects.
um the corporate office with uh Facebook fans.
You know, we have a Facebook page and for every new fan that we get, we don't have hundreds and hundreds, but we're building
Um, I I take a a a minute at the at the end of the week and my franchisees look at the Facebook fan page too and we send a thank you.
You know, I I get a new fan, Tracy Miller.
I don't know who Tracy Miller is.
I don't necessarily need to connect to Tracy Miller, um
from my Facebook page to her Facebook page, but I can send an email to her through Facebook and thank her for becoming a fan of uh Computer Explorers.
A lot of times I'll get a response from someone like Tracy who said
