Anything that we start doing is hard.
The first time you took a driving lesson, yeah, you were like 15, 16, however old.
And so you were all giddy and excited.
And there was probably a lot of adrenaline rush going on because now you're getting your independence.
You're getting your wheels.
But I've watched my kids take driving lessons.
I don't know if you ever watched your sons, right?
They sit behind the steering wheel and they hold onto it for dear life and they
go at like 10 miles an hour.
It's really scary when you're doing something new.
And it's the same thing getting started with investing.
You're going to go on to like, I invest with Fidelity, Schwab.
I think you said to me before you've been, you invest with Vanguard, like those low cost, like budget investing companies.
You're going to go onto a website and it's going to be like Greek.
So our natural inclination is to shut down and move away.
So I've done this with some of my clients, even now as a coach, you know, if I really like you, I'll help you.
with the financial planning aspect.
I do have some women that received inheritances in their 50s or 60s and we've known each other for years and I will help them on a professional basis, not a friend basis, because it is my time and my expertise.
But I do leave most of it for the financial planners.
But I just understand so much and I get where the fear is.
