And so, so yeah.
So Tantra is a big word.
It's kind of like yoga.
There's a lot of different lineages.
There's a lot of different rituals.
There's a lot of different, you know, ways of thinking about it.
And most of us here in the West think of it mostly around sacred sexuality.
Yeah.
Right.
Because that's how it's been framed and packaged to us.
And that's a big part of it.
Bringing bringing the principles of Tantra into your bedroom are going to improve the situation.
But I think, you know, it's more than that.
It's really a way of living with with life.
It's a way of using the allowing the body to be part of and your pleasure to be part of your connection to spirit and the bigger world, however you think of it.
Absolutely.
So, you know, there are a lot of personal practices.
In my practice of Tantra, there's a lot of personal practices.
There's a lot of, you know, getting grounded, being in your body, checking your own emotional state.
Like, am I in a state where I'm edible, like, or consumable for the rest of the world?
