And so something that I've noticed is that, like, so many of us will downplay those achievements in order to not threaten the male ego.
But then when you actually have to deal with the mundane parts of a relationship, like the logistics of, all right, well, if we have kids, like I'm going to be the sole, you know, the main... Breadwinner.
Breadwinner.
And I'm going to be the person who will be like financially like holding this household up.
And it's like...
Can't handle it.
It's like so exciting when you're like potentially the idea of you, but then the actual logistics of how that relationship works.
Yeah.
Like some men can't actually handle that.
it as well but yeah and also like I think what I really wanted to achieve with this book is to for people to get to a place where it's like yes of course have hope yes be excited by the idea of a relationship but also like be excited about the idea of not having one because unfortunately when we're looking at the cultural climate at the moment like you know we know research shows that especially in Gen Z like men are becoming way more conservative and traditional and
The content they're consuming off the manosphere, like the stats are fucking scary.
Yeah.
And women are, you know, becoming more feminist and progressive and unlearning.
And there's this huge divide.
Women are now more single more than ever.
We know it's embarrassing to have a boyfriend.
Like, so if there is a chance that that doesn't shift, which I hope it changes, but if there is a chance that that doesn't change...
you might need to actually be comfortable as a woman who are dating men to genuinely be alone.
